I couldnt be happier with the decision I made when I hired Ken Swartz , I not only got a great attorney , I also got a great human being. Through my ordeal he always had time for me, I felt very contained. He never ensured a result, he only promised me that he would deliver the best defense possible and that he did. I also want to mention that he took time with my family to explain and give them the comfort they so desperately needed. In the end he got for me an outcome that was much better than I could possibly imagine and for that my family and I are forever grateful.

The BEST criminal defense attorney in South Florida!! I was sentenced 2 months ago in Federal Court, yet a couple days ago I was still receiving visits from my attorney, Ken Swartz, to make sure I was doing well and update me on pending issues. I never thought that I would consider a 4 year sentence as a blessing, but when reality hits and your facing the judge, his gavel, and nearly 20 years , 4 years is nothing short of a miracle. I must give the complete credit of which, to my attorney Ken. Originally I was assigned a Public Defender, and unfortunately my case seemed to be drowned in a sea of litigation from the multitude of other cases the PD was swamped with, Most questions went unanswered, and all court appearances meant another attorney I didn’t know standing in. I was blessed to have Ken recommended by my mother-in-law, and can’t begin to count the many times I have thanked God for such a fortuitous find. Mr. Swartz is very patient, completely honest, and although he is a unassuming individual, he took my case and delved into, until he was better versed in the occurrences of my case than even I was , and had intimate understanding of the most minute details of it. Put simply, Ken Swartz fought very hard and tirelessly for me, and I ultimately I reaped the benefits of such. I recommend Mr. Swartz with all my strength and encouragement, the man is amazing! Ken is an excellent attorney. Ken represented me and he produced great results, exactly what he promised. I have worked with many lawyers in the past and he is by far the only lawyer I trust. When i hired him he immediately gave me access via personal cell phone and always responded to calls and emails. Even after he completed his work, he still takes my calls and provides guidance and advice on other matters. He is extremely knoweladgable and if you want a solid attorney to fight for you then i STRONGLY suggest Ken!
