WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Highly recommend!!! Keith C. went above and beyond to help me resolve the flood situation this morning. Not only did he take care of the plumbing needs; he also called Disaster Depot to help me with the rest of the damage & had them there in less than 20 minutes. He genuinely cared to help me, as I was watching over my parents house with them out of state! Truly kept me out of panic mode! Great job! —I hope he gets a holiday bonus! :)

S.W.A.T. Plumbing did a great job for us. We had just moved into a new house and the main drain backed up. S.W.A.T. was connected to us through Landmark Home Warranty . We set our appointment when they called, the tech called and was able to arrive early, which was most helpful. JR surveyed our problem and went to work to correct the problem. Didn't take very long. Drain cleared, work finished. Clean, polite, friendly, great job. We would definitely call them, should we ever read them in the future.

The service technician was great. Fixed the problem quickly and explained the root cause and possible ways to prevent repeat occurrences. However, I wasn't so happy about the repair scheduling process. They contacted me by phone and asked if I would be available the following day. I said I could and told them anytime after 1:00 would be great. I was told that they couldn't guarantee any time slots. Later in the day, I first received a text message saying my service would be performed between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Then I received an email that said the technician would arrive between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. I tried calling to get clarification but only got a recording. Finally, the next day I received an email about 1/2 hour before the actual arrival of the technician and he did arrive shortly after 11:00 AM. So the scheduling process and communication could have been better.

Jacob H. from S.W.A.T. Plumbing did a great job today. He quickly identified the source of our bathtub leak, fixed it, tested it, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. The S.W.A.T. Plumbing team are always professional, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

The best plumbing company in Fort Worth and the surrounding area. They run the best local plumbing company around and are a pleasure to work with. I recommend SWAT Plumbing for any plumbing, toilet, pipe, valve, water leak, or flooding issue you may have. They are well connected throughout DFW and they seem very determined to make everyone they do business with very happy these days.
