AVOID !!!
My heating system ran into issues in the middle of winter...30 degrees out.  These guys came out and took for ever to diagnose and then left and never heard form them  for over 24 hrs... my house was around 50 degrees and the family was not happy.  I finally got an outrageous repair quote and it was going to take another couple of days to address.   

I took a chance and ucalled another repair place and they were in and out  the same day for a tiny fraction of the cost.  

After all that Swayne actually tried to charge me for visitng my house out !!!   Crazy  !
