I am not sure why this place gets negative reviews. I have been going here since it opened and my only complaint is that both my PCPs left for another clinic. I have always gotten good care and the desk staff is always nice to me. I even had an emergency with my daughter and they got me in an hour after I called.

Leaving this review after several interactions with people there.  Lab doesn't know how to find orders.  Had to go back multiple time.  The person who answers the phone is VERY RUDE!  Unfortunately I have encountered this same person several times as well.  Corrects your grammar and has an attitude.  People call you to get help...if you can't be nice, you probably are in the wrong job.

Rude, unprofessional,uncaring, pushy!!!! This is how I've been treated over a year! After reading reviews..it goes to show me that i wasn't over reacting or being to sensitive!  My last visit is what made me want to check the reviews and after reading..i broke down in tears.  I  definitely will be looking into finding another doctor!  No place for the elderly or children!!

Was told by Swedish Cherry Hill and Heart Specialist at Swedish to take my 85 year old aunt to this facility follow next day after ER visit and they would take her. Was driving from Tacoma and called to double verify (after yesterday's conversation) and she was denied treatment! Swedish is the WORST in customer care and wouldn't Take a DEAD dog to them!!! They are the RUDEST and uncaring medical facility I have ever ran across!!!!!!!!!!!
