I wish I could write a good review about this place, as I have heard good things, but they are always closed. The weekends are when most people are out and about, preparing dinners for company and family. Why can't I get fresh rolls on Saturday or Sunday? This doesn't make any sense why you aren't open on the weekends, when most people are off work... My grandma always said the rolls here are the best in town, but I have yet to get my hands on them. Open your doors on the weekends and you'll get business!

Excellent quality and prices are good.  The hours are almost insufferable.  Variety is good but not great. Store interior leaves a lot to be desired.   At least they take credit cards which is more than you can say about some  of the other West Bend donut shops

We had Sweet Creations make the cake for my baby shower this past weekend. My experience is as a former pastry chef, and I have personally made wedding and other event cakes. Bakeries tend to screw up the simplest of things such as cakes, but I was pleasantly surprised with the result. The cake itself was delicious, with proper crumb texture and not overbaked. The frosting used was a pleasant consistency and flavor, with just the correct amount of air incorporated to prevent it from being too dense. I will add here that the amount of sugar was IMO a bit excessive, not unpalatable, but as many people love things overly sweet, there were tons of compliments received. It was absolutely a success, especially once factoring in price (very reasonable) and presentation (see photo). We made some minor modifications to the original idea (upper left) and the cake received is pictured on the lower left. Everything was done on schedule as promised, with no issues. I would be interested in visiting their retail store, if their hours are not as confounding as other reviews suggest. I will likely utilize Sweet Creations for any future cake needs if I don't have the time myself. Thank you!

I agree with the others on the odd hours.  I've stopped by multiple times on my lunch break hoping to get a sweet treat but they are always closed.  At least their odd hours prevent me from eating things I shouldn't be eating.  If you manage to go when they are open - their sweet creations are amazing.

Every time I try to get some doughnuts they are always closed! Like, seriously why would you be closed on a Saturday and even Sunday!? But other than that they have the best doughnuts in Westbend!
