I have been to this location twice and both times had the same problem. I get there 5-10 minutes after they have opened for the day thinking that they likely sell out quickly. Both times, even though they are OPEN, they have nothing prepared. Some cookies are set out and maybe a lemonade machine is whirling. I ask when the cinnamon rolls will be out, and they says another 45 minutes! Unacceptable. If this were a local small business, they would have their goods out and ready for their customers when they open. Not an hour after! It’s truly unacceptable and poor planning on their part. If it takes a while to get things baked, then plan ahead so they are ready on time. A fairly simple business practice when it comes to a bakery. Anyway, I will no longer be spending my money here and better support hard working local businesses.

I ordered a “center of the roll” and asked for the cinnamon roll in the back of the glass shelf since those rolls were made fresh that day. The lady working there in the glasses didn’t give it to me. Instead, she made the “center of the roll” with an old cinnamon roll from the day before that didn’t sell. Also, when I bought the bonbites one time for full price, it tasted stale and rock solid. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to sell the cinnamon rolls that basically EXPIRED.

I will not buy from there again, lady wanted to charge me for icing. Icing wasn't even a lot for the amount I brought.  bad customer service

I love cinnabons..which means I can also tell when this location uses the old ones and just heats them up ..there cold and taste is off..please only serve fresh buns thank you.

I wanted 4 cinnabon, she wanted to give them to me in a box that have been sitting for who knows how long. I told her I wanted fresh ones because the ones in the box didnt look too good and they were not fresh. Who wants cold cinnamon buns when you are gonna eat them right then and there. She wanted to charge me 18$ to give me fresh ones, I told her but it's a 4 pack for 12.99$ she said I cant sell them like that I have to ring them up regular price. I said dont work about it. You just lost a 15$ sale and a customer. 3 boxes left what will you do once them 3 boxes is gone?? Not a happy customer.

This is the sweetest gesture  Thank you very much for the thought and action.

One of the best cinnabon.

A classic but still tasty. A little pricey but what isn’t in 2022
