I purchased a 5 inch smash cake (which is the smallest they offer) and cupcakes for my daughters first birthday. The cake was perfect consistency and the flavors were so delicious and my guests absolutely loved the assortment of cupcakes. I also purchased another cake a week later for my other daughters birthday and it was more intricate. I asked for the works and provided candy to add for decorating. At first it wasn’t what I had asked for and I was pretty bummed but the manager took it right back and fixed it right before her party started. I loved how quickly she was willing to fix it to what I was invisioning. They are a bit pricey but I thought it was well worth the money for the quality in product and customer service.

This is just the cutest little place with the cutest girls! McKenzie and Carsen are the sweetest and both so helpful! The cupcakes are great but the real reason I keep coming back is for those ladies. They make it so special when I come in.

Purchased a "naked cake" from the Draper location. Upon pickup I looked at the cake and it was FULLY iced. I said to the girl that it seemed to have alot of icing for a naked cake and she said she would let them know. There was no offer to fix it. She didn't even look at it. Dissapointed in the customer service and the cake I spent alot of money on.

I've tried the sweet tooth a couple times... I have a big sweet tooth but just dont like these...  One time my cupcake wasn't cooked all the way...  Other times it was just dense and not very tasty.  :(

I had an emergency order I needed to make. The workers were friendly and accommodating and helped us with the order even though  they were 30 minutes from closing. Great customer service!
