I experience good customer service during my visit to Sweetberry Bloomfield; employees help me navigate Vegan options then make me a custom PokeBowl with Tofu barely taste the tofu alone, Mango Bits which have a smooth texture with a subtle cool freshness, Carrots more for crunch, a healthy addition, Crispy Flakes which taste good alone, and the star of the meal is the lemon-vinaigrette sauce I empty both sauce containers quick, all the sauce on my food. I like the interior design of the facility, good vibes during my visit. The establishment takes different forms of payment.

Great customer service.  Very cute atmosphere! IG pic worthy for sure. Was disappointed at the food. I got a ceaser wrap with spinach. It was flavorful but the wrap was super soggy. Had to throw the whole thing out. I was very upset about this being I spent $15 for just 1 wrap.Food: 2/5

The Best Acai Bowl I've ever had! Add nutella, thank me later  The employees are super nice too

$20 poke bowl that you can’t even eat because they put too much sauce where the whole thing is drowned. I tried to take out parts that had too much sauce but it all has so much. Disappointed

I’ve been coming here since they opened. Everyone has always been friendly and the consistency and quality of food has been the same. I usually come once a week and sit down to eat my bowl. The staff even bring me my bowl now since they can see I’m pregnant. Which I’m totally fine with getting up to get it but I appreciate that they bring me the bowl.

Pathetic Poke bowl, the rice was under cooked. No flavor no taste. Worst food ever, wasted my money.

I ordered the buffalo wrap and sweet pink smoothie. It was amazing! Also, the two girls in the front were extremely friendly! Definitely going back soon!

I ordered a wrap for lunch and unfortunately it left A LOT to be desired. The panini was partially cold with a few greens and some light sauce on it. It looked and tasted like a wrap I could have gotten from any fast food establishment. For their prices, I would recommend looking elsewhere for lunch.

Everyone was served before me I waited thirt minutes and my lunch time from work was wasted. And I did not get the refund to my card as claimed.

Loved the decor in this space it was very fun and inviting. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive. This place is great for grabbing a bite to eat with a friend. I had an acai bowl which was tasty. I don't think you can go wrong with fruits and granola lol. My husband tried their Coco Shrimp poke bowl but he  wasn't as impressed. He felt like the bowl need more sauce. Only a small amount was drizzled over the food so it left the bowl lacking flavor. It was more like he was eating dry cooked rice with unseasoned shrimp and mango.
