Usually come here a lot but the salmon size has gotten smaller. THIS IS ALL I GET FOR $20. A FISH STICK. Avoid this place they will skim you and charge extra UPDATE: got a refund but the manger said the portion sizes are different every week and they can’t do anything about it. Idk maybe put more salmon in the bowl by weight and not size next time fatty.

I absolutely love sweetgreen the miso salmon salad is my favorite meal ever! I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This location is great if you watch them make it in person but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! My family and I have ordered many times through doordash and they have not once gotten it right. Normally they forget the broccoli and sweat potatoes that I add on but this time we hit a new low when they forgot the salmon. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I worked in the food industry when I was younger at various restaurants and it’s really not that hard. Other locations seem to get it but this place needs to figure it out.

This man in the attached picture is the best employee this place has and no way they're paying him enough. He is running circles around the others. I wish he was doing my salad. I was ready to leave lower stars after my service. But as I ate I just sat here watching this guy enjoy his job. He is friendly and gets his job done. I've worked in many restaurants and this guy is weight carrier.

The salads at this restaurant are undeniably delicious, with a range of fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors that make them a standout choice. However, the overall experience was marred by disappointing service. Despite the quality of the food, the staff seemed rude, overwhelmed and inattentive. It's a shame because the salads are worth trying, but be prepared to exercise patience when it comes to service.

I’ve always loved their Fish Taco salad and it’s usually my go to menu. Last couple times I’ve ordered in store the workers were nice enough to make it on the spot even though it’s online order only item. One of them even said that they can always make it even though it’s only online. However, when I ordered it in store today, the worker said I’m not allowed to order it in store and that I need to order it through the app after waiting in line for quite some time. When I told him that what the other workers have told me, he said that they can’t make the items that are online only during “rush hour”. I’m not sure what difference it makes whether i order something that is already on the menu vs. online only item because the ingredients are already there. Also, last few times other workers made it without saying anything. Also, are you really gonna make a customer go back and order something on the app after waiting that long?? I ended up leaving since I knew it was gonna take forever for them to make my salad if I ordered it on the app.

I have been to this place a couple of times; the food is always fresh and tastes great. However, one day I ordered from this place and I was frustrated with the service. I ordered through the app but didn't receive my order. The app showed it as delivered, and it was really difficult to get in contact for assistance through the app. It's better to use third-party applications. I do not recommend using the Sweetgreen app.

The workers all look like they hate being there. I get it, but it’s still your job and it makes customers uncomfortable.  The worker forgot several parts of my bowl that ordered and I had to remind him. And he STILL forgot to put things in the bowl.

Fresh salad and ingredients. Seatings available both indoors and outdoors. However, staff is not attentive at all, if you have dietary restrictions, keep your eyes open till you get your food in your hands. Staff just dumps whatever they feel like even with clear instructions on things not to add.

1st time customer @ SG. Overall Good food,  seems very fresh but multiple issues. 1. Ordering anxiety: I chose to create my own bowl and besides the free salad,  grains and 4 small add ons, everything else was extra charge. Menu is not clear about the charges  2. Very expensive compared to other chains in the area  3. Portions are really small  Overall good fresh food,  but will not go back
