Ordered the mixed baklava selection and Turkish delights as a gift from Birmingham online. Had such good feedback on the taste that from now on we don’t do chocolate boxes on occasions as it’s something different as a gift. Arrived by post, fast delivery well presented. Will defiantly be ordering again in the future. Better than supermarket brought options as it’s fresh

I found this amazing bakery on Amazon and I'm so glad I did! I've now set up an account with them and received 3 more beautiful tins full to the brim with an assortment of fresh hand made pastries...... AMAZING!!! Cant wait til my family have finished this order and I can choose something new from there menu!!!!!

A bit long but I am not satisfied at all this time. I would leave zero starts for my most recent visit if possible.  I used to buy lots of things from here. My most visit was on Friday 3rd Feb 2023. I had a very bad experience with both service and quality of all what I bought. The Arabic lady with veil was so rude with me just because I don’t speak Arabic with her, I understand Arabic but I am not so good at speaking it but she ultimately ignores me because I can’t respond in her language as if I go there to learn how to speak, all other staff were there were so friendly and nice. This lady started to talk to my husband and ignore me completely when I was ordering from her because he is the Arabic speaker, maybe she needs to be aware that she is in London and some people in their families they speak Arabic but they themselves don’t.  Regarding the petite four, I have always bought it from sweet land but this time the quality was not good at all, it should melt in your mouth when you eat it but it was hard like small rocks. The cakes we bought for next day celebration all went to the bin after taking a couple of bites of each slice because they were off and not fresh as she said to us. The knefe “ two of them we bought “ were tasting very bad too. I don’t know what happened to sweetland but something is wrong needs sorting, I genuinely used to love shopping from there but now I am off going there, it is expensive and not tasty so no point. Plus, I will be bullied by this woman when I go there, so no thanks I will be switching to somewhere else. Park Royal has so many competitors without mentioning names that would appreciate me spending my money there.

I went tonight before closing as I had a craving for baklava. As I choose the ones I am familiar with, I requested to take somenew ones to try at home. The customer service is amazing and I was gifted some sweets. I now have a new favourite. My new to go to for sweets Thank you!

I highly recommend it this lovely bakery with very polite and friendly staff. The shop is very chic and clean. We tried the birthday cake strawberry one and it was fresh and delicious and also they welcome us with low sugar cookies I highly recommend this shop

Beautiful store with freshly made Mediterranean. Lovely to see my personal favourite, soft nougat available to purchase. I will be going back again and highly recommend others to try it.

I've been coming here since the school road era. Still the best and friendliest people. They also do chocolate baklava!

Great selection. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact most the pistachio filled mamoul always has shells in it which are very hard and can break a tooth. Please sort this quality issue out.

I just bought it recently, we couldn't even eat it as it was too sweet. They added too much syrup this time compared to before.
