I pulled up to the service department 15 minutes before closing on what I know was a busy Saturday for the guys! I was fully expecting to be turned away but figured I would at least try to get my oil changed as I was a little overdue! When I drove up I saw the doors were already slightly lowered and the technicians had already washed their hands from the days grease! I was greeted very warmly my the manager Eddie, I asked if he had time to see me and he said absolutely without hesitation! I pulled in and the service was super friendly, I didn't feel as if I was inconveniencing them at all, even though I know that they were tired and ready to head home to their families! I truly appreciate the amazing service I received today 10/21/18 from Eddie and his staff! Won't take my business ANYWHERE else!

Sweetwater carwash is the BOMB! If you want to ride clean inside and out, this is were you wanna go. To tighten up your ride here isn't the cheapest; but the quality of service, and the results you are well worth it. Pull up to next to another car at a red light, and watch them have shine envy!!! Swing through. You won't be disappointed.

This was my second visit to get an Oil change, I'm from out of state, so not always here. I was glad to see Eddie was working 7/16/2017 as I wanted things done right. My new 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 had a wrong oil filter installed at my first warranty oil change by the dealer, I followed the dealers correction. Eddie went the extra distance showing me what he would be installing was correct. He and his tech team, Will and Josh were very courteous, professional and understanding. I recommend Sweetwater #0001 for oil changes and service! Thanks guys!

My dad who is 76 years old just moved to Florida and his car was a complete disaster. My husband and I always go to the Apopka location to get a basic car wash and they always do a great job. Well, they blew me away on this occasion. They did a detail upholstery cleaning and car wash on my dad's car. Walter and the Manager had exceptional customer service and was both very professional which you just do not see in this way at car washes. Walter was very patient with my dad but quick and efficient. Walter was very Polite and when he explained to the manager what we needed she went out of her way to help us. My dad console we thought was broke but they found a way to fix it and the car looked amazing. I will never ever go anywhere else. If I owned a chain of car washes I would try to hire both of them as managers with high pay because they would keep business coming and they offer a special kind of customer service which is impressive. Just amazing. I can not say enough.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. These guys hustle and do the job right. Sweetwater is my regular car wash and I have never been disappointed.
