I agree with nadya the two women working the desk at the outpatient service are so rude but the rest of the staff where great Steven Humphrey Parma hits ohio

Your outpatient lab staff(desk), are incompetent, rude, inconsiderate morons. Came in for a cortisol blood draw(due at 8am), at 730am. Your desk "unprofessional", registered one person, excused herself from her desk upon my turn, then had audacity to turn me away, "because I was too late". 2 minutes late?! Seriously! It was her fault I was late for my blood draw! Here I am again today, an hour earlier, "they won't draw you until 8am". Ok? Idiots. Order states to do before 8am, not exactly at that time. I'm a nurse, I know how to read a doctor's Order! Send your lab rats back to some customer service training.
