Had the best experience possibly when our pool was opened this Spring. As most pools we had a lot of leaves and "stuff" in the pool and water was quite dirty.But the day after the opening our pool was basically "swimmable" - crystal clear. Nice job!!!

I know there have been a few "less than glowing" reviews, but I have to say that the guys at Swimm have been extremely responsive when we've had a problem over the years.  Bill, Mickey, Mark have all been great and they really do bend over backwards to help.  Our weekly pool guy, Danny, is extremely friendly and dependable.  I think you need to give them a chance.  I probably fall under the "demanding client" category and they have always come through.  There have been a few times where I have had to call because something wasn't as expected, but the guys always set it right quickly and with a great attitude.  If it is something serious, I would ask to speak directly to Mark.  Overall, I am extremely pleased with Swimm.

This staff is not helpful as their products fail to perform.  Our lanterns never worked and they simply didn't care.  When I brought them in, the attitude was too bad.  You should have brought them back sooner, even though they were gifts and I didn't know for a while where to bring them back.  Oh boy!  

Enjoy an attitude adjustment, please, staff. Real needs of customers are in the way here, apparently. 

Oh, and they are still selling those lanterns in the front window, although the girl couldn't get the new ones to work either.....So beware....
