At Swirlz Cupcakes® we offer regular size and mini cupcakes and feature an array of gourmet flavors every day. A line of our delicious gluten-free and vegan gluten-free cupcakes that are sold in our store are also available exclusively at Whole Foods Market, throughout their Regional Midwest Stores.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Pam (the owner) is great. The cupcakes actually taste as good as they look.... actually better. The flavors are unique and the staff is great. We even sampled the gluten free and they were good!!

Even I can make better cupcakes... shops like these remind me that anyone can do anything, they don't even have to be good at it. The cupcakes are always a tad stale/hard, the texture of the frosting isn't right, and the proportions of ingredients never make for a truly flavorful or yummy bite. Walmart has better cupcakes. Swirlz is a knock-off Sprinkles, and I feel the crux of the business is catering to 'Lincoln Park moms.' 2 stars only for the pretty boutique set-up, but the show stops there. Also, both times I've visited, cashier/those who've been working the counter (one boy, one girl) have been rude and standoffish.

Soooo very glad I found this place! Vegan, gluten free, AND you can even get soy free options! So amazing because the option is out there, close enough to home, and taste Amazing, especially for what it is. Will Definitely be going back here. My entire family tried the Apple Pie vegan and gluten free cupcake, the chocolate raspberry vegan and gluten free cupcake, the vanilla on vanilla cupcake vegan and gluten free, and the vegan, gluten free, soy free brownie, and they all were great! The Apple pie was my favorite. Other family members had their favorites. Wasn't expecting them to be this good. So I am thoroughly impressed! Swirlz you are helping to bring a joy, that is usually taken for granted by many, to so many who other wise aren't able to experience and enjoy baked goodies. My only negative is that I so wish there were more than one option for vegan, gluten-free and soy-free options. I know it's tough to master a great tasting baked good that encompasses all of the above, but I look forward to the day, and, I still thank you so much.

Love their innovative and rotating selection of flavors. I have been to another cupcake shop nearby, and their vegan options were bland. Swirlz always has something to choose from (their cherry streusel/compote is a favourite) and their staff is incredibly helpful.

those are some good cupcakes! I thought vegan+gluten free= messy, hard, unhappyness. I was wrong. These are good! 

I had the red velvet, and yes, there was something missing from the cake part itself, but you wouldnt know it if you ate it the way a cupcake should be eaten (squished whole in your mouth, duh!)

Plusses for me were that the cupcakes were moist, the frosting was perfect and genuine, not too sweet and amazingly light, and the topper of red frosting with a little bit of red sugar in the center. 

It was as every cupcake should be- a perfect bit of heaven.
