so slow. dropped 1 suit and 5 shirts off on MONDAY and was told it would be ready by Tuesday night. It was not!! The suit was ready by Wednesday at 7 am (the day it had to be worn). The shirts were not ready until Friday afternoon!! Will not use this place again

I have been using this dry cleaners for almost 2 years. Up until two or three months ago they did an amazing job. The manager was always a smiling face, and the quality of dry cleaning was great, and even though it was slightly higher then other places it was well worth it. The last couple months my dry cleaning has been coming back wrinkled. Yesterday I picked up $50 worth of cleaning - 2 dress shirts were wrinkled, 1 got washed instead of cleaned and a cream colored cardigan came back with black specks all over it (i.e. came back dirtier then it was when dropped off) when I took the clothes back into today the manager stated - and I'm not kidding - that they would redo these but if I was still not satisfied she would recommend finding a new dry cleaners. I will definitely be finding a new dry cleaner - especially if they this that much of their clients - i can't imagine how little care they exhibit when cleaning my very expensive clothes.
