Another gem in Dubuque county. Great campground. But it is prone to flash flooding.

The park is wonderful. The Nature Center is a short distance away and we'll worth the trip. The Nature Persevere is, also there and great for hiking and watching nature.

A couple of great playgrounds and plenty of picnic areas. A nice 9 hole Disc golf course and an awesome little creek for the kids to play in. A good amount of shade and didn't seem very buggy in May.

A large park with camping available. The campground has power, water, showers and bathrooms. There is also a large tent area. A nature center is farther down the road with walking trails and trout fishing. I really enjoy this area.
