An excellent watch repair person. Certified to work on my Rolex watches....Rolex known to lose 5 minutes every month but Tony was the first person the be able to correct this...no other repair person could ever figure it out. He is an extremely nice, honest person, never rude, and when I get my watch back I know the watch has all Rolex parts...not aftermarket !

I can not say how many times I have driven by the SWISS WATCH SERVICE shop on the corner of PGA Blvd and US-1. This spring when my Tag Heuer watch finally quit working, I stopped in and was greeted by a lovely lady named “Eleanor” and her watch craftsman husband “Tony”. I explained that this was the watch that my wife had given me as a wedding gift twenty nine years ago and the sentimental meaning that it had. I had already sent the watch to TAG Heuer and after a very long wait was told that they could no longer service the watch. Tony was kind enough to take a closer look at it and said he could make the repairs for me. I got the watch back yesterday and not only was the charge very reasonable, but it also looks and runs great!!
I would like to add that when I looked up the number for SWISS WATCH SERVICE, I noticed that the reviews were mostly negative. I found that this was definitely not true in my case. It is sad that people no longer take the time to thank people for their hard work. I would like to again thank SWISS WATCH SERVICE  for the time and dedication they took in restoring my wedding present. THANK YOU!!

I wish I would have read the previous reviews. Years later they still have not gotten any better, maybe even worse.  I am in agreement with the other reviews that these people are the most rude people in business I have ever encountered.  I can't believe they are still in business either. We were not drop by customers....... I had  called and specifically explained what I needed and arranged to have another person join me, and was willing to pay their fee for a "professional" inspection. Upon arrival, within 45 min of closing time, they decided they did not want to do the inspeciton.  We wasted our time, and travel to meet 2 VERY unprofessional people.  Don't waste your time on this place.........

This was by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Maybe they can fix jewelry, but I wouldn't know because they said they were missing parts to fix it. Oddly enough I went the same day to Hamilton in the PGA mall and they fixed my jewelry for free and I never purchased anything from their store. 

So  if there was a less than one start option these guys would get it.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would.  They are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met.  I can't even imaging spending a penny there.  How they remain in business is a real mystery.  I even called and talked to the manager and he was worse than the first woman I spoke to.  My advice would be to STAY AWAY!
