During the summer the pool and water play area opens up and my son loves it. The remodeled the playground few years back and its great they also have lots of sports and activities to enjoy especially during holidays

I'm very disappointment with how much resistance I'm getting from the staff for having my daughter in coed soccer. For starters I don't think girls and boys should be separated for shots when they're only 6. Honestly my daughter did better then half the other kids at try outs. The disappointing part is that when I signed her up they suggested the all girls league. I declined and paid 75 because I understand the importance of being in coed sports. Then at try outs they asked again if I wanted to switch her. Just last night someone called me from the recreation center telling me I only paid 10 so she has to be in the girls league. I told him I paid 75 and she's staying where she's at. I don't understand how I'm getting so much resistance, at this point it's getting close to harassing because the recreation center employees are beyond sexiest. They're children let them play whatever their parents paid to put them in and leave the parents alone.

Here is a good place where you can take your children. There is a big pool and a water park outside FREE!!

MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAD A GREAT TIME PLAYING SOFTBALL FOR THE LADY MARINERS & NOW SHE WILL START PLAYING BASKETBALL HERE AT THIS PARK! THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD PROGRAMS FOR KIDS AT LOW RATES...LOVE SYLMAR RECEATION
