I filed my Taxes with this woman because she was suggested as one of the best and affordable. After getting there, she decides to charge me FULL PRICE. I might as well have gone to H&R Block. She then files my taxes and I get an amount lower than what I was expecting. I WAIT MONTHS and still no return. The IRS does not even show that I filed my Taxes. Where are they? So I call Sylvia back and she looks through her computer to find out that she did not send them in!? She jokes and says that now they will last me longer. WHAT A HORRIBLE PERSON! I'm NEVER going to her again!! It's been months!
