Dr Symonett is dedicated and considerate, he is easy to relate to. I have had many Drs. In 30 years but Dr.Symonett is the only one who has ever helped me to express my issues without seeming to be in a hurry, he truly listens, and is sincere. The wait is long but worth it. I feel blessed to have found him.

the Doctor is so unprofessional he leaves you waiting with no mercy weather your hungry have to go to work or have children or even other appointments his clinic says it opens at 8:am yet he's no where to be found! Please say you show up when you want doctor I regret getting a simple procedure done as a physical and they are quick to charge without telling you any info on how he doesn't even show! Charged b4 walked in so you just don't walk out! had to leave and come back bc the couldn't even finish a physical he doesn't care about having new patients bc he can treat them with no respect to see them according to the time they are scheduled too! I would give this doctors practice clinic a negative star review if I couldn't in this country people live on schedule why give appointments if you can't even comply by it, and he seems to me not all there a bubble of his own a very slow one plus it's weird that he seem to be obsessed with his child and talks about his divorce and child instead of your own  need bc there's pics of his child everywhere makes the conversation so awk! Please if you have an option don't come here he waste your time a simple physical HAD to be done in two parts 72 hour lapse! Bc I was charged first b4 I could walk out I had to wait a total of 6 hours

Doors open at 8am, doctor arrives at 930. If you book anything after the first available time,  expect to wait 3+ hours to be seen. You really have to accept that you will waste much of your day here to give this office anything more than a 1 star rating. My first visit, I soon realized why the doctor takes so long, that he is also running a ministry out of his office and using your sexual and alcoholic information that you disclose in confidence in your background info sheet to preach the gospel and try to convert you.  He gave me a dvd after about 30 minutes of lecture. The second visit, I booked my appt at 9 but there was a guy ahead of me. Dr. didn't waltz in til 11. I read my entire file that the nurse had hung outside my door by the time the doc finally came in. I told him I read my file and I know the prescription I need so he wrote it and I was gone in less than a minute. Today I toss the nurses I didn't want to wait and I'd be back when the doctor finally decides to rear his head. So,  they took my vitals and I left to return when the doctor is said to arrive.

I am going to have to give a synopsis because my experience could turn into an essay.  I showed up for my apt 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.  About 6 people in the waiting area but no one at the desk - I called out to someone, knocked on the counter, but no one came up.  The clients waiting said they were at lunch which I thought was odd since many people were waiting.  I stepped out & called their office but got the answering service & left a mssg for them to call me asap & went home.  Half hour goes by & no call so I call them back & someone answers.  I told her what happened & she said she was in back with a patient but to come back down & I would be seen, so I did.  After intake, I waited in a room FOR TWO HOURS checking with nurses once in awhile to see what was going on.  I finally had to leave to get to another appt.  I was in disbelief about this experience!  Dr. Symonett may be the nicest man ever but I wouldn't know because I never even got to see him.  I wrote him a letter letting him know about this experience & asked him for an explanation - never received a response.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.  It will suck up many hours of your day.
