This location for me is hit and miss. Some employees are great, others not so much. This location today there was a lady who was so rude, talked down to me about everything and when I asked questions to try to understand, she refused to answer and just got annoyed. Made me feel incredibly belittled and unwelcome. The Niceville location is amazing and I have never had a problem there, the fort Walton location is now a place I never want to go again. I will definitely be closing my bank account with them if I have one more interaction like that one. I went in to cash a check, nothing crazy, and left feeling deeply disrespected. It’s worth the drive to just go to the niceville location

I have had accounts personal, business, family trust with the Wright branch of the bank over the past 47 years. Never had a problem of any sort. Have dealt with many bank employees and always received friendly, competent service. Appreciate and highly recommend this bank.

Terrible customer service.  Very unfriendly.  Have been a customer for over 10 years, any time I go to the branch on the North end of Beal, there is ALWAYS an issue.

I would not recommend this bank. I have been trying to get my bank statements for over a year. No one has called back and whenever I called they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about.
