We at Syosset Lock Shop offer a variety of services, including installing and cutting keys for the locks in your home or business. Greg from SLS was our technician. Right from the start I knew we were in good hands. Greg was straight-up, no nonsense, and expedient in troubleshooting, solving, and remedying our issue. Even with the delay of shipping a part required, the job was done in less than 24 hours from SLS initial visit. Now that's fast service. I came here to get a replacement key for my Honda Civic as the plastic case was cracked. They were able to replace the casing to something much more durable, and to also cut me a spare non-remote key that will start my car and open the doors that I can use as a spare. Everyone in the shop, Steve and Greg, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm impressed with the service and the savings. Thanks, cannot recommend enough.

I called Steve on Tuesday and asked him about a zillion questions about changing my front door locks and slider lock. He took a lot of time on the phone with me and didn't excuse himself to speak to another customer until I was satisfied with all his answers. He made an appointment for the following Thursday and told me he would confirm on Wednesday... which he did. At promptly 8:00 am, Greg showed up to do the work I requested. He was professional, pleasant and very tidy! Greg was a perfectionist, not happy with his own work until it was up to his own high standards. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself and asked if there were any questions. I was extremely happy with the work done by Syosset Lock Shop and I will be happy to return to them for any of my other security needs in the future.

Here at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday and it's closed. Call the number and it says to leave a message and the mailbox is full. Heard they are great, but what good is it if they aren't open or reachable.
