I have eaten there many times & have always experienced great food served in a timely manner by friendly staff.

WARNING! Don't ask for your food to be prepared a certain way, and whatever you do, don't complain about it. The main manager of Szechuan unleashed a psychotic tirade at my wife screaming at the top of her lungs with a full restaurant!!! Everyone was so scared of her that the only voice you could hear was hers insulting my wife because she din't get her food the way she ordered it. It was not that way when we first got here to Bend 6 years ago, but this new manager is severely mentally unstable. I am very offended that a foreigner, who can barely speak English would treat an American in such a disrespectful way. I personally hope they go out of business for that alone!

Deserves 0 stars.  Really BAD food, and not good for you AT ALL.  It's like licking a spoonful of salt.   They use so much salt in their food that my mouth burns for hours after having eaten it.   When I told my server it was way too salty she said "Yes, they do have a heavy hand with the salt".

Good service. Tea was a little cooler than normal this visit for some reason. Still good overall.
