Loved the ribs. A full rack was enough for two, had a meal for both of us under $30. Place was almost empty on a Sunday night just before 6pm. Lucky us.
Placed an online order for pickup, very simple, FRIDAYS™ Signature Whiskey-Glaze Sliders Beef burgers, Signature Whiskey-Glaze, cheddar, onions, pickle, spicy aioli & seasoned fries. I got Sliders with almost no Whiskey-Glaze, almost no melted cheddar, no onions, pickle, no spicy aioli & UN-seasoned fries and as a bonus I got stale buns. I would of turned back to return except the traffic on 192 was horrible. Tried calling, but there no answer, Only one worker for host, server, orders she may have been cooking as well since I waited over 5 min before anyone came from the back. Complete waste of $12. Took 1 bite and was done
Incredibly slow service given it was half full, waited 30+ minutes to be served stone cold fries with all our meals, by the time replacements got close we had finished what food was a reasonable temperature. Avoid this place or be very disappointed
I ordered online for curbside pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 6:17 pm this evening. My husband went to pick it up. Nobody ever came out to give him the food. He went inside and was ignored. At 6:40 pm he still hadn’t been greeted even after a white couple came in later and they were seated. They even acknowledged that he was there first but he was still ignored. The staff was obviously racist!! I even gave a 15% tip for a pickup order. The food was cold by the time we finally got it. We will NEVER go back!!!!!!! If zero was an option that’s what I would give. One is being generous!
Restaurant was very empty and they seated us ALL the way off to the side where no one was. And when more people arrived they sat them on the other side where everyone was. So we ended up being the only table on that side of the restaurant. It was odd. The waitress was good to us but it seemed all the staff had a disagreement over where to sit customers. And our waitress kept ending up with no tables. There disagreement got a bit loud. The food was horrible. My husband's pasta was burnt when it came out at first but the second time it was better. Kids burgers were hard. Worst part, my daughter left her phone at this store and someone stole it and tried to sell it to a phone store down the street. I wouldn't come here again.
It was my birthday. I don't go out often but I chose this location to celebrate. The girl seemed annoyed we were even there, makes sense we were the only ones in the building. I asked for a highchair. She never returned. We waited 5 minutes before we decided to leave. We were never greeted or paid attention 2. It's no wonder the place was dead.
We arrived at 10pm and they closed at 2am. Our greeting was: "Let me see IF someone will take you".... wow. The restaurant was empty they had 3 tables at most. I had to be behind our server for our drinks, refills, orders and everything. The food was nasty. All of the chicken looked and tasted like it was old and re-fried. Food was warm not even hot. In the middle of us eating she was pretty proactive in giving us the check, while we needed refills and didn't even asked if we wanted desert. Very bad customer service and food for a place that receives so many tourists.
Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. No shrimp the food was cold the pasta was not done well.
Hostess was very sad looking and looked like she wanted to be somewhere else but seated us promptly. Waiter was great even though they were short staffed. The fajita was awesome with whiskey sauceFood: 5/5
Food was very nice. However was not happy them adding a service charge when there was only two of us on the check. From the looks of things they was under staffed as the guy working behind the bar was also cooking and bring food out while our original Server was just stood around!
