OMG I fell for this horrible dry cleaners. Too bad there was only 1 review with 5 stars which is either fake or new owners.
I just moved to NJ from NY and didn't have a normal dry cleaning spot so I decided to check this place out.
So on a Monday, I set foot inside the store and I see a old lady trying to drop off her bed covers or curtain looking thingy. She asks how much are you going to charge me for this to the owner. The guy says a price and the lady gets furious saying how is the price always different when she's been coming to the same cleaner for a long time.
Guess what the guy says to the customer, "you can go elsewhere because I won't do the job for that money it's not worth it" (this was over like $2)
The lady says and asks how come she used to be paying $14 then $15 now $16. Why is the price going up all the time? The guy says I don't know......
The lady left saying you just lost a customer...

I didn't really care but they did keep on looking at me because we 3 were only in the store. I just wanted to drop off my stuff.

So I thought this guy was some pro or some type not to even care and asked him to please clean my 2 winter parkas and 1 needs sewing done. I ask how much for everything and when it could be done by. He writes down $45. 
I asked why so much but he says it's winter parkas. Also he will add $3-$4 for sewing it depends. Hmmmm... So I assuming for the same size small parkas would each cost 22.50? He just made circles with his pen before he decided that $45 on the slip, only reason why I asked why so much. 
Well I dropped it off Monday and he said it would be done by Thursday which was all I needed, because I have a early flight on Friday. I pick my stuff up before closing on Thursday. And guess what he says I won't charge you for the sewing! 
Hmmm  ok sounds great....
I glanced through the plastic wrapped parkas and seemed ok I guess. 
I came home showered and went to a funeral and got home late to get ready to pack for my flight tomorrow morning. I unwrap the parkas.............

Correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't dry cleaning mean cleaning so it looks nice?
I have feathers all over the arm area, inside my jacket............and I paid $45 for this.
I really want to go back there and complain but unfortunately I have a flight to a different state and wont' be back for a few days.

I am just really furious and feel suckered. I can not believe this guy is still in business.

OMG......!!!!! I'm still pissed off.
I'm curious what he would say if I did have the time to go back. "oh that's an extra $20 for feathers off"

They did an excellent job dry cleaning all my cloth. There was no damage done to any of my shirts. My only complaint would be that I felt the prices were a little too high. If the prices were reduced slightly this would become my go to dry cleaner but until then I have to stick to others. I I tried to speak to the owner about the price and he did not want to budge.
