the ladies at the jewelry counter were having an argument over who would ring a lady and myself up. Not only that but when i was ready the lady proceeded to take care of another customer, therefore i had to wait for her to be done too.  This place is OK i prefer marshall's across the street

Rude rude rude. I returned multiple items, and the cashier was interrogating me on why I was returning so much stuff. I told her that the clothes obviously didn't fit and I didn't have time to them on. She gave me major side eye and was totally judging me. And the cashier didn't even greet me, all she said was "take it out of the bag" and not even a bye. Honestly for someone who wearing a Santa hat they were a total grinch. One of the worst experiences at TJ MAXX my cashier needs some lessons on customer service. I have been shopping here for years; this cashier left a sour taste in my mouth.
