I personally have not been to this library as much as the other libraries in Lubbock County but from what I have seen it's not as good as the Groves, Godeke, and Mahon. The book selection is decent but it could be better and I wasn't really impressed with the staff at this library. They weren't rude but they were not as friendly as the staff in the other libraries. However, the graphic novel selection at this library is really good and their paperback selection is the best out of all the other branches. Overall, not a bad library but there could be some improvement.

Kids area is much better than others in the area...movie selection is GREAT...book selection is not (size doesn't allow for it).

I've been here on Friday, March 15, 2013, for the first time, and I completely forgot the stuff I needed to get a library card.  I felt silly!  I needed my picture I.D. and written proof of my true address, like mail.  I came back for the second time and got my library card.  When you are able to check out different books and DVDs,  you don't know where to start.  They even have new release titles like "Wreck It Ralph" and "MIB 3".  I checked out five different DVDs on my first checkout.  I love it there!  I just hope they have Pokemon movies and books.  Because then I will be rushing in to check them out!
