I gave them 5 stars because when I got there I was disappointed, my tees were not ready something went wrong with printer, I stood there crying silently because today is my deceased son's birthday who was a victim of homicide in Newport News 2014, I had a small celebration planned at 3:30 and I didn't want to be late. I waited patiently sobbing with my grandson and daughters, I can say the men working there worked diligently and aggressively to get us our tees and with a mistake of one tee that had the wrong picture of my son on it they gave it to us free of charge!!! I THANK YOU ALL 3 WHO WORKED TO SAVE OUR DAY!!!!!

only reason they got 4.9 is because if u give a rating on google you get 10% off. product looks kinda cheap. but its cheap. sloppy in a nutshell. hit or miss.

Walked in and immediately was greeted by all three staff members. All smiles from the moment I walked in. Great customer service. Helped me with each step of the process. Immediately started working on my shirt while I was in the store. Great service! 👌🏾👌🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The scenery is very welcoming. As soon as you walk in the store, they greet you and make sure that all your needs are met. I will be bringing my services back to them.
