This guy was great! After losing tiles in a wind storm, he came out on a Sunday night and did the repair! His price to replace the whole roof was very fair and he did a great job.

I received multiple bids, Tmix was on the higher end, but not unreasonable.  I chose Tmix because of their positive reviews online.  I regret my decision.
The work they crew did was good, but I am glad I was home at times to double-check what they were doing.  They had to redo a couple of things because it didn't look right.
My biggest frustration came 3 months after they completed the work; I received an invoice with a change order for an additional $3000.  I knew there was going to be a change of some amount, but the $3000 seemed way to high.  When I contacted the owner to discuss the extra costs, he wasn't willing to work with me and just told me it is what it is.
I'm in construction, I recognize that you need to pay for labor and materials and make a profit.  I hope every contractor is successful.  But I don't feel a customer should be gouged months after the work is compete without any real justification.
