This was one of the best wireless experiences I've ever had.  I came in with a tech question and the rep told me I could actually save money by purchasing a new phone.  The rep was very courteous and explained all my options to me. Ray was fantastic as the store manager and helped me to meet all my needs.  I will definitely go back to this location since I was treated so well.

Wonderful staff... Got here to transfer 2 phones from AT&T and we received excellent customer service from both the store manager Raymond and Justyce. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend this location to everyone. Thanks again for all your help!

I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and most of the time you have to wait long periods of time just for something simple as paying a bill!! Their computers are always running slow, then they only have one or two people working at the computers, when there is like 5 to 6 customers waiting!! But they have 4 computers!! I don't get it. Then there is always someone sitting at the desk in the back doing nothing to help out!! Bottom line this location service sucks. I know I'm not the only person who has had this experience at this particular location. Get it together!!!
