The bad review two years ago was placed by a customer when FM Digital was Sprint Dealer . The customer gave Sprint the money as a deposit and wanted FM Digital to return it to the him immediately. FM Digital could not return money because  they did not have possession of it. FM Digital has been in business for over a decade and has been an upstanding part of the Southern NJ community. Mark Morgan owner of FM Digital has been associated with Cell Phones For Soldiers ,Associate Member Of The New Jersey Fraternal Order Of Police as well as many other organizations. He is also a Volunteer for Touch NJ helping feed the hungry and homeless in the Southern New Jersey Area. As far as we know FM Digital has had this one bad review in over ten years of servicing the public. FM Digital has always offered personal and friendly service and put the customer first.

The staff there doesn't know what they are doing & they don't have the equipment there to recover phone numbers, pictures etc. I was told to go to the T-Mobile store in Audubon to get them to fix it because they don't have the capabilities there. Also I paid them for a warranty replacement  but the warranty replacement was also defective & they wouldn't give me my money back. Very unprofessional.

Awesome experience. My phone froze up. Decided to go to the T-MOBILE location close to where I live. I dealt with 3 different staff members. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Awesome shop! Awesome experience. Awesome job! Thank you for your help.

A horrible place to do business. I sent my husband in to pay our phone bill and the owner treated him like he was trying to steal my account information. The employee even has to tell the owner to calm down and wait for the computer to load. He felt like an idiot when it loaded and showed that my husband was an authorized user on the account. Customer service means to serve the customer.. Not make them feel like a criminal for trying to pay a bill.
