Service is great here if you are patient!!! This store gets busy randomly and if it is busy be prepared to wait or come back. The reps in this store take their time to make sure the problem is fixed. Don't come too late either....people always  come in late thinking it will be empty it usually isn't because everyone thinks that!! I got there at 7:50 and didnt leave till 10 that was my only negative but...it was MY fault.

I had worst experience with staff, they don't even listen what we are trying to convey about product. They charged 3 times for single transaction. It's big headache for me to reach out customer care and explain the issue. 

Folks!, try to find another store near by if you plan to visit t-mobile.

Customer service is friendly. There are usually four people attending to customers. Do not come here in a rush. Each customer's issue takes different times to handle, so waiting is part of receiving good, personal service
