I missed the free sock give away for Valentines day. I called into this location today to see if I could still pick up a pair. The lady I spoke to said I could. I drove there (during rush hour) to pick them up. When I arrived a guy approached me (he looked angry even before he "greeted" me) and I explained what I had been told. He said something to the effect of "who the crap told you that" and went to ask his manager. He came back saying his manager had I couldn't. He didn't offer his condolences or an apology (his face looked pissed off during the entire encounter). I went to two other T-Mobile stores and BOTH of them were happy to give me socks. I don't know why this store couldn't. I am literally going out of my way to give them free advertising.

The worst tmobile store ever. I waited 2 hours to get an attention. Customers here always complaining.

Probabbly this is a worst store ever. They have the poorest customer service. They probably don't care that they are loosing customers. Currently waiting for more than 20 minutes and 3 sales associate helping just helping 1 customer   and the other 2 just chilling staying in front of the computers. Dear T momile corporate consider to hire better store manager. You are gaining more and more 1 stars. This not good for uncareer reputation.
