Walked in and saw 4 employees with 3 customers and still managed to stand there for 30 minutes without so much as even an acknowledgement from the staff.
 They had the music so loud that I ended up having to lower the volume on the speakers so that I could speak without yelling. 
I wanted help with a phone, and ended up feeling like i walked into a nightclub with rude staff!
Ended up walking out without being helped.

You guys lost a customer! Great job!

Fast friendly service. Seems that they may have limited stock, sometimes they run out of the popular handsets

Horrible experience. I asked for a specific plan and they gave me the opposite.  all they could say was we no it's our error and they can't or won't fix it. I had to buy my self out of a contract when it was their mistake and couldn't  fix it . Never again.

Ridiculious place !!!! They have you waiting almost 30 minutes before they help you ! And you have to ask for the help because they don't ask you anything . The employees there talk badly about customers right in front of other customers .  Horrible customer service

Sat in the store for ten minutes...no hello how can I help you, nothing. They weren't helping anyone and literally didn't even look up
