Fantastic customer service! Daniel was helpful and patient while porting over two lines. He took the extra time to get our contacts transferred over to our phone.  Albert was also very helpful.  Wonderful staff!

IDK WHERE TO START, i LOVED THE SERVICE I GOT TODAY, USUALLY PEOPLE  DON'T GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF UR NOT BUYING ANYTHING:( bUT THIS STORE IS NOT LIKE THAT!!!!!! I LOCKED MY PHONE AND IT WAS DISABLED  AND THE STORE MANAGER ( MONICA ) AND HER TEAM WORKED TOGETHER AND FIXED MY PHONE.  THANK YOU GUYSSSS!

Ricardo helped me so much. I bought a second line and it's a v20 phone and so many things were not working on it. Instead of trying to sell me on a more expensive phone he basically fixed everything on it. He is definitely a great asset to this company. I was almost prepared to cancel and I remained a happy customer. Thank you Ricardo

Tell me why every time I come in here, the employees are lagging! You're better off going to the mall where they pick up the pace in helping customers. I've been here a total of 4 times and this last time I walked out because they were not helping me even when they knew why I was there would only take two seconds! I was just there to pick something up...nothing more. They didn't even have to go to a computer/register. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HAND ME THE ITEM after me showing receipt on my phone. The dude even walked to their stock room 3 times...and yet he couldn't pick up my item and just give it to me?! Come on RICARDO, get some better customer service training. Two freaking seconds...that's it.
