The store manager Efrain really took care of my situation with a phone that was defective and got me a new one. Steven and Ivan also helped me, this store has an awesome team. Highly recommend to come to the east Wenatchee T-Mobile

JJ and Efrain were awesome at helping me switch over from Verizon. I love it here better than version. Definitely worth the switch. Come and ask for them.

This store is under new Management as of December 1st 2017. Efrain is the manager and has been working for T-mobile for 4 1/2 years. He will make sure he and his team takes great care of you and it's always fun to go into his store! :D

Best serive in the valley. The manager efrain and his team took really good care of me. Highly recommend the east wenatchee store.
