Brittany did a good job helping me upgrade my phone. She made sure I had all the extra add ons that I needed to make sure my new phone was protected and charged too. The two employees that I dealt with were personable and helpful. I had a good experience there and would go back again. I'd give a five star review if she had given me the charger for a discount, but I was ok with paying full price because of her professionalism.

"Accidentally" charged for 2 extra lines, 2 extra premium services we never talked about. Such a hassle to undo their "accident"

Horrible service! They accidently charged me for two phones on separate contracts. I had to go get a bank statement to prove it. 40 days later and still no refund. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service and the last time they told me no problem go to this store and they will refund me.
 I drive an hour to the store only to be treated like crap and spend an hour listening to the manager argue with her own Customer service about messing up her inventory. Then I had to talk to customer again while at the store and they told me I shouldn't have been told to go to the store for a refund WTF? So I get to drive an hour home and 10 days later still no refund. Completely mind boggling that they can get away with this!

The staff did a great job solving a problem I had.  T-Mobile almost lost my business due to a billing error, but the staff at this store managed to resolve it for me to my satisfaction.
