We made the transition from Sprint to T-Mobile! YAHOO! Carla , Alexa and Jake gave us Fantastic Services ! We highly recommend T-Mobile in Merced. They are also dog friendly 🐶

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would avoid this store at all cost. They promised to pay off my phone from my last carrier if I switched over. And of course, they did not. When I activated they seemed very nice and helpful, and now that I go in with my issue, I was told that “it was out of their hands and to call customer care”. The manager (a caucausion male, I did not catch his name) was rude and no help at all either. There also seemed to be many people working who care more about socializing and being on their phone rather than helping customers. I regret going to this store and activating overall. Which sucks because I was really excited to switch to t-mobile. These associates and so called “manager” do not care for their customers unless you are giving them a sale. Save yourself the trip and call “customer care” just like they told me to do. Never again will I take my business to this store.

Very Interactive Team Lots of People there willing to help.  Eventhough new employees were there they were still very energetic and eager to find ways to help not only me but others in the store.  Very easy switching from Cricket to T-Mobile!!!!

I had a good experience getting my iPhone X here had to call everywhere to get one and they had one in stock . Kim at the store made the process very and easy and fast, I would definitely recommend this store .

The whole crew is always so welcoming here. Especially Lorna, she’s helped me out every time. Amazing customer service!! Definitely going to start coming to this location oppose to the other one at the mall.
