I went to this store because my phone’s screen was all messed up. I walked into an empty store and I saw three employees. One was on the computer and two of them were on their phones. I asked for help and asked for what options did I have knowing that I have an insurance. They only gave me one option, to call costumer service so they can guide me through the process!!! I asked them for more options because I needed a phone asap, and calling a number and to wait days for a furbished phone was not of them., and one of the ladies gave me this attitude repeating the same thing over again. No wonder why the store was empty... I stayed calm and decided to go to Glendale. At Glendale’s the guy gave me more options, and I walked out with a new phone.  Supongo que no me veía muy gringo para que me atendieran como era debido.

Jason and Charlie were AMAZING super friendly and helpful. I will make sure I send all my friends there, and I will definatly be returning to up grade my phone!!!!😊
