Well what can I say. This store has some bad employees and has some good ones. I won't specify who but they are there. The store has improved last time when it comes to having things in stock but now I have to complain about is customer service. Ever since October some employees are just rude and have an attitude with myself and show and don't even attempt to hide it. They give off the vibe they don't want to help you but are forced too. Had an experience with the manager coping an attitude but it was my fault cause I didn't bring in the Receipt. He was kind enough to help me out in an exchange. But for me I didn't appreciate his attitude.  He did apologize but it was uncalled for. Some employees argued with me at night saying you can't jump and I'm like I did it 3 weeks ago and how come I can't and yet I went to my favorite store and they helped me i was able to jump before the 30 days. So why argue and call your customers liars. I only go to this store cause it's in my hometown where I live and i don't have to go far into Albuquerque to do my business. I only go to this store if I absolutely have too. Not because I want too. But overall this store needs to Bush up on better policies and actually helping the customer and seeing what options there are than to tell the customer nope there is nothing I can do. Don't get me wrong this store is new and opened late 2017 but they opened on a strong note and I had no complaints what so ever but they just be en going down hill.

Had an absolutely great time at this location.  The representatives here were on point. From answering questions to getting me checked out and on my way. In the short time I was there I received top notch excellent customer service and was very pleased with my purchase!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Went in a few days ago to get my son a new phone. He had just had his stolen from school. As soon as we walked in the three gentlemen that were there were very welcoming and so much fun to be around! Amos was the one to help me with reporting my sons phone stolen, setting me up with a new phone for him and accessories. Thomas help finish everything up, and Jeremy was there answering questions. All three were fun, helpful, and funny! If it wasn't for their great attitudes I wouldn't have spent as much money as I did. They were all knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions. I had to go in the next day to finish up some things and Amos was there along with 3 other gentlemen, and a young lady. Again same atmosphere as the other night and even though it was different guys they were all just as much fun! I don't live anywhere near this location, but if I ever need anything I'm definitely going to this location!

Best customer service always!!! I love this location and choose to only come here for service all the employees are nice helpful and welcoming I recommend this location to anyone who enjoys good service
