Just called and spoke with a “Lexi”?? about my current phone plan ,Had the attitude as if she didn’t care and was no help to my questions. Definitely won’t be calling for help again.

I literally never write reviews but this is the worst T-Mobile ever the lady who assisted me was the worst she had such an attitude all I needed was help and she was so rude

This location has excellent customer service! The entire sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, without being pushy.
