The worst case of customer service (in the stores). If you do not have to visit the stores don't, been with the company for over 10 yrs. I only stay because of the price of my plan, as soon I get a raise I'm out. Call center is much better but not late at night.

Emilia has always been my go-to person at this store. She’s been very helpful and professional each time I visited. I especially admire the fact she continued to go the extra mile in helping rectify my situation, which had gone on for one year. Kudos to Emilia! She definitely is a great asset to T-Mobile.
