The worse people ever. Had trouble with my phone and they said I need to factory reset my phone and I could loose all my information. I decided to tell them off and go to another store. Best move ever, my phone works like it should without factory reset. These people are incompetent. If they say FACTORY RESET, take your phone to the store on Jackson and Fourth. Those workers are good.

Have you ever seen a manager who talks to his customer without greeting with no smile both his hands in his pocket !!! Let me tell you what happened in this store on November 12/2017 between 2 to 3 p.m. Following my telephone conversation with the T-mobile call center , I was told to go the t-mobile store to trade in my iPhone 6 and upgrade to iPhone 7 . I presented my phone for trade in to associate April at store #204 at 3820 Rainier Ave S. and she refused to trade in with out looking into what is the written in my account by the call center supervisor. She didn't give me the chance to explain to her about my issue . She needs training how to handle a customer. While talking to her , another associate step in without introducing himself and without greetings to his customer with his hands in his pocket . He acted as a personal body guard instead of asking for issue and look for a solution. I asked him are you the manager ? and he said yes. Instead of introducing himself as the store manager with greetings and asking for what is going on ? he became part of the problem .He repeated what she said instead of making an attempt to knowing what is going on and give a chance for the customer to air his concern . He said that I have to protect my associate although nothing happened that entails special protection for his associate. I did nothing to to his associate. I have been a customer to this company over 8 years even before both the associate and the so called " the manager" were being hired. I am a peaceful man and a doctoral candidate at the Washington state university. I don't know how he created an image of an "aggressor" towards me. I went to the store to trade in my phone ,nothing more and nothing less. I was asking for an explanation for being refused to trade in . Both have decided not to trade in my phone at face value with out learning what is written in my account by the call me center. if the manager couldn't solve customers problem who will solve for him. he acted as a private personal body guard for his associate instead of solving my problem as a valued customers . I asked for his business card and learned that he is called by Eddie .I have seen many skilled manager who are very good at handling customer issue. But, this manager instead of deescalation ,he makes things worse , he lacks experience and has poor customer handling. I think the company really needs to train him at least to greet customers with smile free hands out of his pockets as well as he has to be part of a solution instead of acting as a private body guard to his associate . he doesn't bother for his customer !!! he only concerned to protect her without reasonable treat to his associate (April) . Also, he has to be proactive in looking into solutions instead of being part of a problem and worsening it . it was me who told him to look into my account .He didn't give a try to look into my account. I will end my narration by saying that I am very disappointed the way the store treat his customers.Bad customer service!!!

Just had two very different experiences at this store. The first visit, I was going in to replace my phone case, and my boyfriend was changing his plan. Both things were handled professionally and quickly. The second visit today, my boyfriend was trying to fix a battery issue with his phone, the employee (I use that term lightly, because honestly, he could have just wandered in off the street, that's how little he seemed to care) essentially told him to go somewhere else to get it fixed. When he inquired about purchasing an entire new phone, said "employee" told him that new phones are way more expensive than a new battery and that he would have to pay the whole price of the phone up front. Totally untrue, and totally unhelpful. Honestly seemed like he was making a conscious effort NOT to make a sale. Really a strange experience.
