This store has UNTRAINED and NOVICE PEROPLE WORKING. ABSOLUTELY no idea what yhey are doing. Completely unaware of the policies and practices. Making their clients fool and wasting their time. Non availability of any phone you ask. Just have 2 or 3 phonemodels in stock.

Saved me a ton of $$$ (compared to the 'V...').  Great service , friendly staff, very knowledgeable - but they won't let me park my car in their parking lot, since I work next to their building XD!!!! #TMT-FTW!

Gave me a shipping label to another customers phone with account info on it when i returned the rep told me to just send it anyway until i asked to speak to the manager who clarified that would cause a issue. They are careless with confidential information and are poorly trained.
