Juan is an excellent T mobile representative. He's very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Wonderful experience.

This was the first store we went to today and oh my goodness was it a waste of time. We went to trade my phone in to get on the Jump on demand, we were told oh no that's not possible, you can only do it over the phone. Surprise.... NOT THE CASE! they know absolutely nothing. Wasted over an hour... Pointless.

Terrible experience, the girl who works there has a thick accent (don't want to put a name) was extremely rude. I asked for help with my bill and her response "did you call customer service, they can help." Obviously, they can help I came into the store because I wanted in person help. When I responded and said "No." she rolled her eyes and laughed.... RUDE STAFF!!!!

This is a place for sales, not customer service!!! Long story short, sales man wanted to show me that the phone won't get scratched so he dropped it a few times on purpose (after I bought the phone). Aksed them to replace the phone as it was in my posession for less than 15 min but they refused to replace it!! The phone was new and didn't even have my info on in it!!!

By far one of THE worst T-Mobile stores in Orlando! I would give a negative star if I could. The customer service is lack there of. If you want the best customer service, go to the one inside the Mall of Millennia.
