I came in to have my account switched back to tmobile from sprint (as sprint is garbage), the girl working there was very helpful and courteous, and even got on the phone with customer service to resolve issues. I should have thanked her personally, but instead im giving the store a rating, which is not quite the same.

I have never, in my whole life, experienced so much frustration in migrating my lines from another carrier and getting what they promised me. It's taken me 4 trips to the store, a few hours on the phone with customer service and my problem is not yet solved. DO NOT waste your time going to this store. They DO NOT have your best interest in mind as a customer.

Amanda was so helpful and quick. She answered all of my questions and got my plan switched and 2 new phones before I could create my Apple ID.

Moojan activated my account quite a while ago and has been my go to T-Mobile employee for months now. She is the best here!
