Came in to upgrade my phone and change plans. I arrived at 8:30pm with the store packed and closing in 30 minutes. Kenneth was very quick to acknowledge us and assured me that he would be with us shortly. As he promised I was helped almost immediately. I kept him and his coworker Lexi almost 2 hrs passed closing time. Both were very patient and helpful. Thank you Kenneth for the excellent customer service.

Just upgraded to the iPhon8. Always a great experience with this store I’ve never had any issues. Kenneth is my number one go to associate. He always knows the answer I’m looking for and if he doesn’t he’s sure to find out for me quickly.

My wife and I went in to upgrade her phone. We were helped by Kenneth who took great care of us. He helped my wife pick out a phone with a great camera and even pointed us to a nice Samsung rebate going on. Thanks Kenneth.
