This place used to be a 10 until today when I met a representative who happens to be African American female that was very rude and  vindictive.  she canceled my phone because I needed her to transfer information from one phone to the next and she basically told me all she could do was transfer contacts. I asked for somebody else to help me and instead of doing that she cancelled my daughter's birthday present.  I will never go to this store again if they can hire trash like this.  With the exception of going to speak to the manager & owner if not addressed properly.

This store just plain sucks. It was my regular store but I don't know who's running it. I went their on Friday 2/26 @ around 7:30 pm. With my wife just to ask a question  and maybe add a line. There were 2 ed employees and 2 customers. I uhh understand I need to wait my turn, but we were never acknowledged by either employee and after waiting 20 mins well the fooled around with each other and the customers who were clearly done. We left the store not that anyone there noticed. Stay away from here Crenshaw n Sepulveda is were I went. In and out in under 15 min

Great staff here! Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services and different devices available. He took a great deal of time with me and answered all my questions. And if he did not have the answer he turned to his other associates and they gladly helped. All were very patient even though it was closing time on the Friday of Christmas weekend. I'm glad I chose to make the last minute stop! Thanks guys!
