An associate offered assistance right away, which was a nice change from the stand alone Rt 18, East Brunswick location. I had already spoken with customer assistance on the phone and they informed me about a deal with a specific phone. I intended on getting that phone because of the huge discount, but when I asked about it they looked at my account and said the offer had expired. I was debating between 2 phones and said I would return when I made a decision. I decided to call T-Mobile again just to check and they said I could still get the deal. I ordered it over the phone instead. I had to pay for shipping and wait two weeks for delivery, but I couldn't stand to deal with a store again.

We were having issues with our sim card and our attendant, Bayron, was very kind and attentive with our issue. After just a few minutes, we had our sim issues solved and our questions answered.

Rep greeted me with much enthusiasm, Great! but didn't service what I needed. I needed to return a (Late) phone that was on the jump program. Which I have done before  from this same location. Rep clearly didn't know how to make the exchange instead he ask me convoluted question to try to make his point to insist on calling T-mobile to send shipping labels to me. Even though I told him I did this exact same thing before at this store about returning the phone. It became clear to me he had no clue and didn't want to acknowledge it nor ask for assistance from the other 6 reps in the store doing nothing(expect one). So I left and  I went to another T-mobile store and they took the phone no problem and processed it in minutes.

Worst employees. Manager Mr. MIKE A has not proper knowledge about T mobile. They will not guide properly and will only look for thier profit and selling. But never guide you o good direction. Beware.
