I went in to ask for a price quote. The sales rep asked for all sorts of personal information which they entered into the computer. The reps told me about some phone deals that were too good to be true after I validated through the internet and calling other TMobile stores. When I left the store I explicitly told them I don't want to setup the account yet. Today I got a collection letter from TMobile saying I haven't paid my bill. The reps fraudulently opened 4 lines on a new account without my consent. Long story short this is a shady business. I would stay far away from them.

Very unhelpful. Try to blow you off if you're not buying. Claim to need a physical person with an ID to help. How does T-Mobile 1800 number help you? Surely I can verify the account. They simply didn't want to assist only sell.

Sales people need to be more aware of all the different promotions that T Mobile offers.  Also they should be empowered to handle more customer issues.  It's silly to have to call customer service while at the store.

I used to go in the store once a month, but I find myself going 4-5 times now. They can never resolve my problem. Always send me home with nothing resolved and say I can to call customer service. I can easily do that but that's why I come in to get help. Never going to that store again. Sometimes the employees give you attitude. Worst customer service.

Great guys here.  My sim was messed up and they replaced it no questions asked.  Definitely a small shop but that's okay,  the customer service makes up for and shortcomings.
